TYPOLOGY OF THE DATA COLLECTED AND LOCATION OF THE DATA
Our database servers are located at Amazon Web Services in data centres in Ireland. Each time you place an order on sunday.love, we store the data necessary to process your order (product purchased, size, colour, quantity, personalised message) and to ship your order (title, surname, first name, address, telephone number, gift message) and customer information (date of birth, e-mail address). This data is deleted when the user requests it by contacting us, and each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. In no case does Sunday keep a credit card number, only our payment partner Stripe is aware of the credit card number at the time of payment.
If you take out a Sunday Go subscription, Sunday SAS keeps the last 4 numbers of your bank card to enable you to identify it, as well as the expiry date to remind you before your bank card expires if you wish to continue your subscription.
In accordance with the conservation principle of the General Regulations on Data Protection, and Simplified Standard 48 for the management of customer and prospect files, personal data relating to customers may not be kept beyond the conservation period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship. Sunday undertakes to delete or archive Customer data at the end of a period of 3 years following the last purchase, and Prospect data at the end of a period of 3 years following the last interaction. Exceptions are data necessary to establish proof of a right or contract which may be archived, as provided for by the provisions of the French Commercial Code relating to the retention period for books and documents created in the course of commercial activities, and the French Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts concluded by electronic means.

Under no circumstances will Sunday sell personal data to third parties. All the data we collect is not given, rented, sold or exchanged to third parties.
