To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you will receive it within the timeframe we announce, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our processing centre by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 2 to 5 days (business days).
Please note that orders may take 12 to 18 working days for France from the date of shipment and 14 to 20 working days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order.
The amount of the shipping costs is indicated in the Order Basket, in the Order Summary and on the invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse a Sunday shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim.
We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, or credits for packages whose delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
